Product Description

Strong convection bell type bright annealing furnace with advantages of high production efficiency, less pollution, easy operation and maintenance features.

Consisted by heating bell, cooling bell, inner bell, furnace plate, vacuum system and electrical control system.

The workpiece is placed in a protective bell filled with protective atmosphere uniform heated and cooled. The strong circulation fan and the protective atmosphere allow the annealed workpiece to achieve uniform hardness and bright surface. The vacuum system is used to exchange the protective gas and air to keep the operation is safe and reliable. The bell furnace can be equipped with multiple furnace plates for continuous operation. The working process generally is: Loading furnace - vacuum - fill protection gas - heating - insulation - gas, water combination cooling - vacuum cleaning - deflation - baked - the next work flow.
