Part technical specification requirements:

1. Hardness range： 160-190HB

2. Scattered hardness difference: The size and shape of parts produced in the same batch shall be the same.The hardness difference of the same batch is ±10HB;The difference of hardness of the same part is ±8HB;For forgings provided with typical treatment, the hardness of the same part varies by ±5HB.

3. Empty furnace heating time： ≤3h

4. Temperature of Furnace wall : ≤45℃

5. Workpiece heating time: could be adjusted during 50-180min.
