Product Description
The furnace is used for the heat treatment of all kinds of mechanical parts including mold shells, high chrome, high manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, steel ball, grade 45 steel, and stainless steel etc. The large furnace is mainly used for annealing of pressure vessels and large steel structures.
The oil or gas trolley furnace is equipped with either vertical or horizontally doors. Both options are simple and convenient. Both oil or gas burners are equipped with heat exchangers on both sides which help to heat the work-pieces via hot flue gases. The small furnace uses a PID control system. The large furnace uses the DCS system to control the heating process, heating preservation, and cooling according to the process and output temperature curves.
